Will Hold its annual DART (Disaster
Assistance Response Training) Conference
for missionaries, relief workers,
churches, NGOs, military members, and
those with a heart for the lost.
This event is not exclusive to any
particular group or individuals and is a
tremendous blessing to all who attend.
The fellowship, training, and time of
worship is unlike anything you will ever
experience.
The 2010 conference topics will include:

* Land Mine Awareness Training

* Mission Preparedness and Planning
* Photojournalism on the Mission Field
* Internet & Media Communications
Be sure to take advantage of our
"Early Bird" registration.
This conference involves approximately
30 hours of outdoor camping. Hands-on
training in our “Refugee Camp” will
give each attendee the opportunity to
apply the skills learned to a crisis
situation.
A binder with complete presentation
notes will be provided to all conference
attendees.
Limited table space will be available at
the conference for mission organizations
that would like to set up a small
display. Please contact SWI for further
details on DART 2010.
Price includes
registration fees, all course materials,
and lunch.
• Lodging costs are not included in the cost of the
conference. You must make your own lodging
arrangements. We have arrangements with the Microtel Inn and Fairfield Inn for special
conference rates. A shuttle will run each day only
from Microtel Inn to the conference site. Please
contact our office for details.
• Sorry, no special needs diet prep available.
• Each participant is responsible for their own travel
arrangements. Please contact SWI by June 1 if
interested in our shuttle service from the Tulsa
airport. Shuttles will run on a limited basis and
must be pre-arranged with our staff. There will be a
$10 charge each way for the shuttle. Plan to arrive
between noon and 8pm if coming by air. The last
shuttle Sunday evening will leave the Tulsa airport
at 9pm. Attendees arriving after 9pm will need to
arrange their own Sunday night accommodations.
Departure shuttles will run both Friday night and
Saturday.
